manufacturing process
Step 1: Drying
A handpicked leaf is dried.
Step 2:
skeleton
The leaf mass and chlorophyll are removed, leaving the skeleton of the leaf. For some ornaments, the entire leaf or a seed is used.
Step 3:
Coating & Conductivity
Each leaf skeleton, leaf or seed is then coated by hand with a special varnish, making it electrically conductive.
Step 4:
Enclose with precious metal
The leaf is then coated in a unique galvanic process, first with copper and finally with the desired precious metals, thus transforming it into a piece of jewelry.
Step 5:
sealing
In the final step, the piece of jewelry receives a special seal to minimize oxidation processes and wear.
